Shipping - Customers in the US

PLEASE ALLOW US AT LEAST 1 BUSINESS DAY TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

Carriers for shipping orders

We primarily use USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the destination and value of the package, and speed of service. Shipments to P.O. boxes are delivered by USPS only.

Tracking of orders

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking info and links.

You can also sign in to My Account, click on "Order History," "View Order," then click on the tracking number located beneath "Item Description" to check the shipping status of your order. If no tracking number is available, your order hasn't shipped yet. Also, please allow 24-48 hours from the time your order is shipped for tracking info to appear on carriers’ website.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Sorry, we don't offer multiple-address shipping within one order. However you may save multiple Ship To addresses in your account for fast retrieval at the time of placing your order.

Weekend delivery

Packages delivered by USPS might arrive on a Saturday. All other packages are delivered Monday through Friday only, unless you have requested for Weekend Delivery option, and that service is provided by the carrier being used for your order.
